Getting started

  1. Start a trial from signup or paid checkout.
  2. Complete admin onboarding (property → tax → rooms → rates → users → launch).
  3. Open Control Center modules based on your subscription entitlements.

Billing

Settings → Billing covers plan changes, add-ons, invoices, receipt PDFs, and payment retry. Past-due or suspended subscriptions soft-lock writes until payment succeeds.

Channel

Distribution always uses the platform Channex account. Choose OTAs from the allowlist, map rooms and rates, then finish OTA setup in the Channex IFrame.
